ASISO is a quality management and compliance solution designed to support business processes associated with standards such as ISO and AS9100D.
Within this environment, I worked on the development of a mission management and tracking module intended to help teams organize missions, access relevant business information, and monitor operational progress.
Application architecture and user experience
The application was designed around two interfaces adapted to different usage contexts: mobile devices and desktop computers.
I implemented interfaces in accordance with an established visual identity, taking into account the needs of different user profiles and the operational processes defined by the company.
Key contributions
- Access management: Implemented access management for different profiles, including Managers and Responsible users.
- Centralized data access: Connected the application to a centralized data source to retrieve information related to clients and managers.
- Dataverse data model: Used Dataverse to manage business entities such as Clients, Managers, Missions, and Mission Tracking records.
- Business process validation: Implemented forms supporting validation processes defined by the organization.
- Desktop dashboards: Created histogram charts to visualize operational information and support activity monitoring.
- Workflow automation: Developed Power Automate flows to manage notifications and support business processes.
